[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] h264 avoid starting decode on a non top field

seem to have cropped up again or more likely was never fully solved.

The attached patch was proposed (against xbmc ffmpeg copy). I can't really
tell if seem valid or not. I've not investigated this fully yet.

Any thoughts on the matter before I dive deeper?
