I did have second thoughts about "Attitude" being perceived that way.
The intent was definitely not to be confrontational.

That sounds like a good idea. As I wrote, the main reason for posting
this was to have something to link to that contains a message along
the lines of "hey, you get something great for free, for which a lot
of people have invested a lot of voluntary work, so please consider
this a bit before you act like you're disappointed with your software
that you pay a huge support fee for" and was not meant to sound like
"don't you bitchin' a****les raise your voices on the mailing lists of
our magnificent project" ;-). Maybe that did not work out too well.
