[FFmpeg-devel] N-59134-g1c67ad9 seems to break avformat_open_input, avformat_find_stream_info

fate is green, which includes windows and fate passes fine here
locally on mingw32 & 64
so i cannot reproduce the problem you describe
maybe you could provide more details and try a fresh checkout /
make distclean maybe
git bisect, error messages, which fate tests fail, ... may also be
usefull
