[FFmpeg-devel] Patch: libssh on Windows

Actually, I realize I am talking about libssh2, while FFmpeg uses libssh, so
please forget my comments about the availability of the constants.

(libssh2 seems widely more ommon than libssh, though.)

Also, I was unable to test the umask issue, because on my system, "SFTP
session creation failed: sftp://cigaes@localhost/tmp/blah.wav: Cannot
allocate memory"; I do not have time to investigate right now but I will get
on it.
