[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH]Fix compilation without fft on arm

Hi!

A user reported 
that "./configure --disable-encoders --disable-decoders --disable-swresample --enable-shared" 
fails on arm when linking libavcodec.

I unfortunately cannot test attached patch, anybody who can?
