Like always, you incorrectlly remember most of stuff.
Peter reported that libsiren successfully decoded audio stream
in vivo after he changed small code. So it proves
that codec should be called SIREN and not SIREN7 or even
worse VIVO SIREN.

You mean player application that emulates badly
windows environment with code that is unmaintained
for ages?
