Hi,
       I am working on fixing the bug #2031 (
http://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/2031) for my first patch.  I
understand that in a generic URL http://<host>:<port>/<path>?<searchpart>
space can appear in either path or searchpart. But they are encoded
differently: as %20 in path and as + in searchpart. Is my understanding
correct? Does this cover all/most cases?
