Do you have a YUV JPEG2000 sample ?

The MCT is defined like here : 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/YCbCr#JPEG_conversion

For me, if your sample is YUV  (probably YCbCr as it is digital),
So, imho, no need of MCT.
Maybe I'm wrong.
But what we need is a valid sample
