I have attached a patch that document, avformat_new_stream() that
is required to free the whole context.
mean While I was looking for a better way, so that vlc do not crash.
If you think looking at issue created by old patch is waste of time, and
of no use to community
then attached patch is enough to close the bug.
I resolved the git issue, it was due to firewall.
and on latest pull every thing is working fine.
