Yes. To name a few, libvorbis and libtheora.

First, I am not a lawyer or any good at lawyer stuff, so I cannot read
the license and say "oh they are (not) compatible". I also failed to
find a proof that 3-clause BSD or Freetype License is compatible with
LGPL v2.

(So I guess the answer to your question is I don't know?)

Maybe I'll send a email to freetype and fsf to confirm this.
