Well, I thought a little introduction works well – you don't have to
read it if you know what a static build is, but I believe it's good to
tell users that they don't have to compile anything. Some are scared
off by that and would rather do an apt-get install ffmpeg and end up
with some Libav version – I've seen that way too often.
