[FFmpeg-devel] Does FFMPEG has any plan to support new ARM arch AARCH64 in optimization (NEON)

not sure what you mean by "plan" :)
if someone writes optimizations, they will get included, if noone does
well, thats sad and bad ...

personally i have neither the hardware nor the time to write such
optims myself but id be happy to apply patches or merge pull requests
that add such optimizations
