The documentation in https://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-filters.html#scale
is a joke
It neither documents all user options, nor does it document some like
the flags in a way a user would have a clue how to use them nor does
it hint/link to where the user can find the information

as example
" ‘flags’

Set libswscale scaling flags. If not explictly specified the filter applies a bilinear scaling algorithm.
"

so what values are available or where does the user find them ?
what should be written there is a complete list of values for the flags
or if not, then a clickable html link to where they are listed.
