[FFmpeg-devel] Upstream ticket opened with x265 to correctly set rpath on OSX

Informational item only.

For anyone interested in tracking this, here are the tickets
for MacPorts + Upstream requesting slight change to cmake project
files to set shared object library header to absolute path using
$PREFIX, rather than empty relative path... so...

    rpath=$PREFIX/lib rather than rpath=EMPTY
