[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 3/3] avformat/hlsenc: added HLS encryption

HLS encryption with key URL & key containing file specified with
-hls_key_info_file (key info updates when modified). Option for IV from
segment number or random generation (-hls_random_iv).
