Texinfo is really hostile towards MAN, so we cannot count on them to
create an official MAN output.

On the Libav's side, they planned to switch doc toolchain, and
kramdown (markdown) seemed to be a good alternative with nice MAN and
HTML output. But the process of texi2md is not trivial at all.

Pandoc only supports outputing texinfo.
