isight is the name given to the camera bundled with most mac computers.
can the qtkit framework access other capture devices? if this is the case,
i suggest using qtkit for AVInputFormat.name and --enable-qtkit in configure.

this comment is a inaccurate. the input filename is not used
by the device. i dont see any mention of AVFormatContext.filename.
