[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] huffyuv: increase VLC_BITS to 12

This is more of a RFC. Here's some benchmarking cycles/maxrss for
different values:
10: 183951 / 10076
11: 173519 / 10096
12: 165810 / 10144
13: 161555 / 10484
14: 163113 / 10644

It probably is entiry dependant on cache size / memory speed etc, and
ARM chips may require something entirely different.

For the record, a profile showed the bitstream parsing to take now
around 95% of the decoding time.
