Example: libavfilter's API was radically simplified by Libav. Some
FFmpeg devs (the usual suspects) were crying speedloss, but I'm fairly
sure now everyone enjoys the fact that you can actually understand how
libavfilter filtering and memory management works.
Your claims are nothing but hypocrisy. Or maybe you just don't know
