[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 04/14] libavcodec: Implementation of AAC_fixed_decoder (LC-module) [4/4]

The implementation works when all the pathces are applied.

I'll make the changes so the code is buildable alvays (after each patch is apllied) and I will resend the patch set.

i applied the first 4 patches locally but it fails to build
