You can wait for other comments, i.e. you don't have to immediately do it
right now, but I would suggest to resend it, yes.
The risk of not doing so is that someone (e.g. me) scans over the
mailinglist for approved patches to mass-apply all of them at once, and
then I'll probably forget to amend the subject of this individual patch.
