[FFmpeg-devel] Can we drop OpenJPEG 1.5 in favor of 2.x?

Depending on the ugliness of the macros, maybe duplicating the file as
libopenjpeg15.c and libopenjpeg2.c, and having the build system use one (or
possibly both, for testing) would be a better option. Duplicating code is of
course not a good practice, but littering the bug with conditional
compilation is horrible too, whichever is the least horrible in this
particular case should be considered.
