i cloned the repo referenced and did a make install
but

./configure --enable-nvenc
ERROR: nvenc requested, but not all dependencies are satisfied: cuda

ls -alF /usr/local/include/ffnvcodec/
ls: cannot open directory /usr/local/include/ffnvcodec/: Permission denied
