[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 08/13] ffmpeg: Use codec hardware config to configure hwaccels

Removes specific support for all hwaccels supported by the generic code
(DXVA2, D3D11VA, NVDEC, VAAPI, VDPAU and videotoolbox).
