 When I want to convert a JPG file to a video, ffmpeg fail if the JPG
 filename contains an accent.
 Plateform is Windows Vista (6.0.6002)
 Command line :

 {{{
 xx:>dir
 11/07/2009  11:15             7 536 Vidéo000-title.png

 xx:>ffmpeg.exe -y -i Vidéo000-title.png -target pal-dvd -aspect 16/9 -loop
 1 -r 25 -t 10 Vidéo000-title.mpg

 }}}

 Same result with double-quote escaping, or fullpath to the file. If I
 remove the accentued char it works.

 ffplay can play this image.
