 I suspect this was fixed in f08d171caa6a8eab00c1b0ac87bb3a79d98727e5.

 If you can't find a location to upload the sample, please cut it to 2MB as
 explained here: http://libav.org/bugreports.html

 Please provide complete, uncut output of ffmpeg for all issues!
