 Please always post a failing command line together with complete, uncut
 output and use "Code block" to make your output more readable.
 Please test without -vcodec libx264, if ffmpeg -i rehearsal.mp4 -qscale 2
 -threads 0 out.ts fails, please give me a chance to understand why.
