 The refresh event works well in ffplay, even when playback ends and the
 last picture is displayed. Unfortunately, with simple images it doesn't
 work:

 ./ffplay tests/lena.pnm
 }}}

 Moving the window outside of "field of view" will lead to a black picture.

 This is quite troublesome when doing tests.
