 When using version 0.10.5 I get errors like this for the subtitle streams:
 > Application provided invalid, non monotonically increasing dts to muxer
 in stream 2: 203320 >= 203320

 No, the ticket was about supporting idx/sub, so I added support for
 idx/sub :)

 About demuxing DVD subtitles properly and being able to mux them as VobSub
 belongs to another issue.
