 ffmpeg -f mp4 -i //./pipe/pipename out.mkv
 [mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 @ 01988da0] moov atom not found
 }}}

 but trough {{{pipe:}}} all ok without -f
 {{{ffmpeg -i pipe: out.mkv}}}
