 By lowest possible I mean the lowest possible supported on my workstation
 (iCore 7 + 4GB RAM + Nvidia Quadro 3700M with 1GB VRAM). i didn't realize
 you were changing the resolution while encoding.
 Anyways I'm able to play 1080p video's with 60Hz (Blu Ray) on my
 workstation very smoothly so I don't think it's a horsepower issue.

 Any ideas why the DVRMS files dropping packets and creating stuttering
 videos (WTV I understood were issues with the frame rate).
