 Obvious.. stupid me. BUT ...

 When I use -c:s mov_text instead of copy it compiles correctly but the
 subtitles do not work when using QuickTime Player.
 The subtitles however do work when using VLC

 Any thoughts why it isn't playing on QT player (OSX)?
