 Indeed, it is probably an issue related to stdout being not seekable. In
 any case, there is not error message.

 It would be nice if attachments could be written in MKV without requiring
 seeking, if it is at all possible. That would allow to make such generated
 files http streamable on the fly without having to discard attachments.
