 i wasn't able to generate a MP4 file because it seems both PS3MediaServer
 and MKV2VOB both generate only .TS and .M2TS files.

 however i've generated the following

 DTS_normal.dts // a normal DTS audio stream
 DTS_inpcm.pcm // a DTS audio stream that has been processed by MKV2VOB's
 dtsinpcm.exe to be disguised as PCM
 nohack.m2ts // a normal m2ts video with DTS audio
 hack.m2ts // a m2ts video with its DTS audio disguised as PCM for the PS3
 nohack.ts // a normal ts video with DTS audio
 hack.ts // a ts video with its DTS audio disguised as PCM for the PS3

 also it seems PS3MediaServer's code do perform the hack is here:
