 No, if I encode to mp3 I still can hear this glitch:

 ffmpeg -i audio_glitch_input.flv -async 1 -f mp3 -y out.flv

 I'm not ready to answer right now: ffmpeg commandline which we use was
 formed not by me, let me ask it.

 But what's wrong with "async 1"?
