 MPEG2-PS format with a DTS audio stream, it sets the stream id for the DTS
 audio stream to 0x8a.

 This ticket is about transport streams, if you have a problem with muxing
 DTS audio into program streams, please open a new ticket (and consider
 testing if attached patch fixes any issue for you).
