 I'ts made by some anonymous Chinese manufacturer that's imported and
 relabeled by a local retailer :-).  Could very well be that other players
 would handle the stream id 0x8a.  The other multiplexers I tried were dvd-
 lab and mplex from mjpegtools - and they both set a stream id of 0x88.

 To the best of my understanding - AC-3 streams are numbered 0x80 - 0x87,
 and DTS 0x88-0x8f, so 0x8a would be the third DTS stream - and since there
 are no streams in the data numbered 0x88 or 0x89 - it may screw up some
 overly restrictive playback hardware.

 The issue is compounded by the '-streamid' option not doing anything for
 program streams - so it's not possible to manually override the 0x8a value
 short of a recompile.
