 When using the subtitles filter, the subtitle doesn't seek.
 For example using the following cmd:

 ffmpeg -ss 100 -i input.mkv -vf subtitles=input.srt -c:a ac3 -c:v
 mpeg2video output.mpeg

 The video and audio will skip 100 seconds like normal, but the subtitles
 will start from the beginning.
