 It is related because you wrote (here) that you commented on ticket #228
 but I cannot find your comment there.

 Since when is irc the appropriate channel to discuss tickets? Please
 elaborate.

 Please avoid to open tickets without looking for a solution yourself, and
 please only open valid tickets, it is quite rude to repeatedly open
 tickets that miss (nearly) all needed information and it frustrates the
 developers who want to work on tickets.
