Use -map 0:3 -map 0:2
> 2- I found (since my last update) that the only way to get deinterlacing
to work was to set LAV Video to interlacing: FORCED and madVR Rendered to
interlacing: TOP FIELD FIRST.

Are you sure that the deinterlacer isn't running all the time?
