 Could you please tell me how to do that? I tried running gdb as stated in
 this page (http://ffmpeg.org/bugreports.html) but the stalling of ffmpeg
 does  not produce an error. If I press "Ctrl+C" ffmpeg stops and it throws
 me back to the gdb prompt. If I type "bt", it shows
 {{{
 (gdb) bt
 #0  0x08ed0d66 in ?? ()
 #1  0x0810f2bd in ?? ()
 Backtrace stopped: previous frame inner to this frame (corrupt stack?)

 }}}

 Any help is appreciated. Note that I cannot install valgrind due to
 administrative priviledges missing. However, the URL in contest is still
 accessible if a developer wishes to check.
