I tested the following command line:

$ ffmpeg -ss 10 -i 1280.wmv -vcodec mpeg4 -strict -2 -acodec aac -t 29
-qscale 2 -s 640:360 out.mp4

FFmpeg, MPlayer and vlc all report the length of the output file as 29
seconds. How can I reproduce the problem?
