 Understood, and that's why I posted a bug report and not a request for
 support.  If you think that it's correct behavior for FFmpeg to output a
 25fps video that is "tagged" as 60fps, and claims to be 60fps when played
 back, then you are correct in marking this as invalid.  It is not correct
 behavior.

 I have a workaround so I don't care whether you care about the bug or not.
 Another option would be to just not have a bug tracker, then you wouldn't
 have to dodge bug reports by calling them "support" requests.
