 I can confirm git master produces MD5=487e837f7c08ee07cf44e8b473911a06
 here.

 You can replace alternatively -c:a copy by -an and -c:v copy by -vn to
 narrow down whether audio or video causes different MD5. You can also use
 git bisect to narrow down the commit that would cause a change in MD5.

 Unfortunately, as is, it's difficult to determine for a developer if
 there's still a bug, as he needs systems producing conflicting results.
