 Seems like a bug to me as configure --enable-libzvbi fails with error
 libzvbi.h: No such file or directory . I just want to know if i need to
 use a third party library for comiling using --enable-libzvbi ? but if i
 remove --enable-libzvbi the code comiles without any issues.
