 Using {{{ffmpeg -i input -ss x out.mp4}}} does not seek (so it does not
 test the issue you see).

 Please test {{{ffmpeg -ss x -i input out.mp4}}}: If you see the same issue
 as with {{{ffplay}}}, please provide the ffmpeg command line that shows
 unexpected output together with the complete, uncut console output,
 consider using the "Code block".
