`-f segment` works fine here, I only get the warning, otherwise it works.
With simply `-f mpegts` to a single file I get `stream 0, timescale not
set` which probably leads to the warning when segmenting. I've tried to
make the latter go with `-flags time_base=<some value>`, but I haven't
found a way to express 1/framerate in the argument that is accepted.
