 I haven't tried the native one as it says "The encoder 'aac' is
 experimental but experimental codecs are not enabled".

 When using libbfaac, the "Non-monotonous DTS" errors are less frequent and
 the duration doesn't grow, so it does seem to be related to libfdk, not
 sure if it relates to others too.
