 1. You get a negative start_time with ffprobe for format and audio stream
 2. With the segment muxer the first segment always exceeds segment
 duration (in spite of forced key frames etc.)
 3. asetpts=PTS-STARTPTS does not make the audio start at 0 as it's
 supposed to do
