 I should add that the source QuickTime file (and the resulting MAtroska
 file) doesn't contain any palette in the 'stsd' atom (or private data in
 the case of Matroska), hence FFmpeg has to use the default Macintosh
 palette, which is does correctly when processing the original QuickTime
 file, but not in the case of the Matroska file.
